Remove doorslam

The New York Times (NYT) greets visitors with a doorslam: a modal dialog that covers the whole site and interrupts their experience. This rule removes it. There are non-modal, non-intrusive ways of presenting this message (e.g., as a banner at the top of the page, etc.) that we hope the NYT considers using instead to respect human effort and human experience.
